Terms of service

Welcome to Envisioned. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the service

Envisioned is a goal tracking application that helps you set visions, break them into milestones, and track daily actions and habits. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Account registration

To use Envisioned, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Free trial and subscription

Envisioned offers a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to all features. Here is how it works:

• Your free trial begins when you first create your account.
• During the 7-day trial period, you have access to all features at no cost.
• If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.
• Your monthly subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on iPhone and through Google Play on Android. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to Apple Support or Google Play, under their refund policies.

After your subscription ends, you will lose access to the app. Your data is preserved for 12 months and becomes fully accessible again if you resubscribe.

User content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Envisioned, including visions, milestones, tasks, habits, check-ins, memories, and uploaded images. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, including showing your friends the content you choose to share with them. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.

Friends and community

Friends lets you share visions and progress with people you invite, and leave hearts and comments on theirs. Envisioned has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. When you use Friends, you agree not to post, share or send:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or content meant to shame or intimidate anyone
• Hate speech, or content that attacks people for who they are
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Violent, graphic or self-harm content, or content that encourages it
• Illegal content, spam, scams, or impersonation of another person
• Anyone else's personal information without their consent

You are responsible for what you share and post. You can block anyone from their profile: blocking ends the friendship, removes their hearts and comments from your moments, and stops them adding you again. You can report a person or a comment from within the app, and you can also write to us at info@envisioned.app.

We review every report within 24 hours. If content or behaviour breaks these terms, we remove the content and may suspend or permanently ban the account responsible, without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Use the service to collect information about other users without their consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)

Intellectual property

The Envisioned app, including its design, features, branding, and original content, is owned by Envisioned and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Envisioned is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envisioned and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings (Settings → Account → Delete account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms, revising the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notifying you via the app. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account.

Governing law and disputes

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
